Addison DeMoura
Vice President and Co-Founder of Steep Hill Lab, Mr.DeMoura founded the first medical cannabis safety screening laboratory in the United States.
His commitment to cannabis has afforded him the opportunity to be a compassionate provider in California since 1998 as well as a former dispensary owner. Originally a central valley activist, Addison relocated to the Bay Area to launch Steep Hill alongside David Lampach.
Through his experience as an activist and professional in the cannabis industry, he is uniquely qualified to interface with patients, breeders, growers, those outside of the industry, as well as municipalities dealing with cannabis legislation. With over 23 years of cannabis experience as well as being a second generation activist, Addison is well known in the industry.
From 2007-2009 Mr. DeMoura was the director of the Medical Cannabis Association. He is actively involved with Project CBD, CalNORML, and Americans for Safe Access, Oakland, CA.
